French company visited baoyuan company Activated Carbon Production Line and praised its technological innovation and quality control standards

In April 2025, a technical team from a French company visited China and made a special trip to visit the activated carbon equipment production base of baoyuan located in zhengzhou. The inspection focused on the process innovation, environmental performance and automation level of activated carbon production equipment, and the two sides had in-depth exchanges on European market needs and customized solutions.

baoyuan company engineers demonstrated the full process operation of the new activated carbon rotary kiln equipment to customers: from raw material (coconut shell/wood) crushing, carbonization, activation to finished product packaging, full automation control. French customers focused on the energy consumption performance and exhaust gas treatment system of the equipment.

Customized solution discussion
In response to the high iodine value activated carbon production needs raised by French customers, baoyuan’s technical team demonstrated the activation process and precise temperature control technology, and shared the operation cases of similar equipment exported to the United States and Australia. Customers particularly recognized the optimization of the equipment’s adaptability to raw materials (it can process a variety of biomass such as coconut shells and fruit shells).
