Precautions when feeding low temperature dryer

Author:admin Time:2022-06-13 17:27:11

As an important device for dehydration and drying of many materials, low-temperature dryer needs to be properly operated in the production process in order to exert its best performance.

1. Before starting the low-temperature dryer, carefully check all related equipment parts to prevent loose parts. At the same time, carefully repair each line in the low-temperature dryer production line to avoid line aging, or unstable voltage and current.

2. Regularly check whether the conveyor belt of the low-temperature dryer is deviated, whether the joint connection is intact, etc., and ensure the appropriateness of the tightness of the conveyor belt to prevent the conveyor belt from being too loose or too tight to affect the orderly progress of normal drying operations.

3. When feeding the low-temperature dryer, we should pay attention to the uniformity of each feeding amount to avoid too much feeding at one time and too fast feeding speed, resulting in excessive accumulation of materials in the dryer. At the same time, it is necessary to prevent too little material feeding and too slow feeding speed, which will lead to too little material in the dryer barrel and reduce the working efficiency of the equipment.

4. Before feeding the low-temperature dryer, the raw materials should be strictly screened to prevent metallic non-breakable substances from entering the inside of the cylinder, which will cause great damage to the dryer. Moreover, according to the equipment requirements, the size of the feed particle size should be properly controlled to ensure higher drying efficiency.

5. Different low temperature dryers are suitable for different water viscosity of materials, which requires us to strictly control the moisture content and viscosity of raw materials when feeding materials to low temperature dryers. Because, if the moisture content of the material is too high or the viscosity is too large, it will not only increase the difficulty of drying, prolong the drying time, but even cause equipment blockage in severe cases, which will affect the efficient operation of the low-temperature drying production line.
